1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NEXLAPTOP ("we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Product Descriptions and Refurbishment

NEXLAPTOP sells premium refurbished electronics. We attempt to be as accurate as possible regarding product descriptions, grading conditions, and technical specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely error-free.

The "Grading" of a product (e.g., Excellent, Good, Fair) is a subjective measure based on our internal, rigorous 50-point inspection process.

3. Strict No Return & No Cancellation Policy

All sales made on NEXLAPTOP are final. We maintain a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND, and NO CANCELLATION policy.

Because we offer highly discounted, premium refurbished electronics that undergo a rigorous 50-point quality check, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong item ordered, or slight cosmetic discrepancies within the stated grade. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.

Warranty Exceptions:

While we do not offer returns, we do stand by our products with a 1-year limited warranty* and 1-year insurance* (accidental damage policy). The warranty covers functional hardware defects, while the accidental damage insurance is subject to the terms of the policy. If a device experiences a hardware failure covered under warranty within 1 year, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. We will not issue a refund.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the site, you must create an account via OTP authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 Compliance

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 of India, we process your personal data under the following terms:

A. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect personal data (such as your name, contact details, email, and shipping addresses) solely for specific, necessary, and lawful purposes: account verification via OTP, order tracking, transaction safety, and warranty/insurance processing.

B. Purpose of Use of Data Collection

Your data is processed and used to verify transactions on Razorpay, coordinate shipping with logistics partners, associate items with active warranty policies, and resolve support queries. Your data is not sold or shared beyond these strictly necessary service requirements.

C. User Rights & Duties

As a Data Principal, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, and the right to nominate another individual to act on your behalf. Under the DPDPA 2023, you also have a legal duty to provide only accurate, complete, and authentic information. You must not suppress material facts, impersonate any other person, or register any false or frivolous grievances. Violating these duties may result in suspension of your account and legal liabilities.
