Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time. You can also view your tracking status by logging into your NEXLAPTOP account and visiting the Orders section.
Packaging Safety

Important Notice on Returns
Please note that NEXLAPTOP operates on a strict NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION policy. However, if your package arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at nexlaptop.neopace@gmail.com with unboxing video proof.
